Four people were arrested Wednesday after authorities say they were involved in a drug deal and shooting on the northeast side New Year’s Eve that killed a 17-year-old boy.
Michael Olague, 20, Juliana Helene Olague, 20, and Jamonte Olague, 18, are facing armed robbery and first-degree murder charges after authorities say they were present during the shooting death of Carlos Sandoval, according to a Pima County Sheriff’s Department news release.
Frank Coronado Rios, 17, is facing first-degree murder, armed robbery and hindering prosecution charges.
Keanu Deano Castaneda, 19, was arrested Sunday morning, hours after he was accused of robbing Sandoval at a home in the 2000 block of North Forty Niner Drive, according to the news release.
Michael Olague, Jamonte Olague and Juliana Olague are foster siblings.

The Olague siblings, along with Rios, are facing the murder charges under the state’s felony murder rule, which allows people to be charged with murder if someone dies during the commission of certain felonies, even if they did not kill the victim.
All four suspects went to the home with Castaneda.
A group of six to eight people met at the home Saturday night to purchase marijuana.
Castaneda admitted to detectives that he shot Sandoval and fired shots at a vehicle that followed him after the shooting, according to an interim complaint filed in a Pima County Justice Court.
Castaneda told detectives he and another suspect went to the home planning to rob Sandoval of a pound of marijuana, according to the complaint.
