To say I was disappointed by Representative Ciscomani’s vote for the House Budget would be an understatement. I had spoken to one of the Congressman’s staffers and was assured that Ciscomani agreed not to vote for a budget that cut SNAP, Medicaid, Head Start, and Pell Grants. How can Ciscomani say he proudly represents Arizona when he voted for a budget that would hurt us? I don’t want my taxes to be given to billionaires. I want my taxes to feed hungry children, to care for the ill, to give an education to all students, and to make Arizona, the United States, and the world a better place. Ciscomani has a lot to answer for when voting for a bill that cuts social programs and raises the debt and ends many of the tax credits average Americans take advantage of.
