• Dover Engineered Systems Inc., doing business as Sargent Aerospace & Defense, purchased an 18,800-square-foot warehouse at 5600 W. Coca Cola Place from D.S. Waters of America Inc., doing business as Sparkletts Water for $1.84 million. Bruce A. Suppes and Tim Mennehan of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller and Stephen Cohen of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

• Sparkletts Water leased 12,000 square feet at 2595 N. Fairview Ave. from Fairview Grant LLC. Suppes and Minnehan represented the tenant, and Peter Douglas of Picor represented the landlord.
