People particular about pickles, prepare:
Mendy Margolin, more commonly known as "Rabbi Pickle," will demonstrate kosher pickling at the Tucson Jewish Community Center on Sunday.
"I will be walking all participants through the pickling process so everyone will get to take home their own personalized jar," said Margolin in a release.
He should know pickles: He hails from Brooklyn, where the delectables rule.
Margolin is used to travelling around plying his pickling procedures through his Kosher Pickle Factory: By his estimate, about 10,000 people across the country have attended his hourlong classes.
The workshop, organized by the Jewish outreach network Chabad of Tucson, is open to the public and is slated for 2 p.m. Sunday at the JCC, 3800 E. River Road. It's $18 for adults, $8 for children 12 and younger, and that includes all ingredients.
