Police identified a woman who died after getting into a physical fight with someone she knew on Tucson’s east side.
Gonekie Tatum, 47, was discovered unresponsive by Tucson police Friday evening outside a home in the 7600 block of East Apple Tree Drive.
Tucson police found Tatum around 7:15 p.m. after responding to a report of a fight. Officers performed CPR on her and requested assistance from paramedics. Tatum was taken to Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital where she later died.
