A local coffee shop is open for business on the ground floor of an iconic Tucson office tower.
Founded by Sahuaro High School graduates Shannon Fina and Vanessa Rodriguez, BirdieVee Coffee is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the lobby of the tower at 5151 E. Broadway.
There are dedicated parking spots for customers on the south-facing parking deck.
The shop sells coffee, cold brew, tea, smoothies, pastries, bagels, cookies, popcorn and candy.
BirdieVee Coffee is now open in the lobby of the 5151 E. Broadway tower with coffee, teas and pastries.
The coffee beans are sourced locally from Yellow Brick Coffee and the baked good comes from Desert in Bloom Bakes in Sahuarita.
“Vanessa and I are excited to welcome everyone into our cozy little hub — a happy spot in the heart of the 5151 Tower lobby,” Fina said. “We can’t wait to serve our delicious coffees, quick bites, and all the sweet and savory treats we dream up to make your day a little brighter.”
