Tucson is getting a new center for autism research and support.

Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona, with Picor, represented the seller.
The Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) recently surpassed its $13 million capital campaign goal to expand autism services across Arizona and open its first new campus outside of Maricopa County.
Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center is set to open next year in Tucson, the group's first location outside of Maricopa County.
The campus will include preschool programming, in-home and community-based therapy services, and research initiative for families who currently face long waiting lists of having to travel to Phoenix for care.
