A national wine bar with boutique wines from around the world will open in the foothills this year.
Turquoise Wine Bar leased 1,500 square feet of retail at Sunrise Village Shopping Center, 4772 E. Sunrise Drive, from Sunrise Village Investors LLC.

Dave Hammack and Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the lease.
Turquoise Wine Bar has a monthly rotating selection of wines as well as sangrias, spritzes and non-alcoholic drinks. The shop also serves appetizers, sandwiches, salads and pizza.
Turquoise Wine Bar will open in the Sunrise Village Shopping Center this year.
The franchise has wine bars in Austin, Cypress and The Woodlands, Texas. In Arizona, it has locations in Glendale, Peoria, Roosevelt and Surprise.

• Diaz Fit leased 2,775 square feet at 3242 E. Speedway in the Chroma building. Diaz Fit is a full-service gym offering personal training and related services. The landlord, Habibs Holdings LLC, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, and the tenant was represented by Andrew Keim, with Picor.
• Innovation Medical PLLC leased 1,323 square feet at 6340 N. Campbell Ave. from Paloma Village Offices. Bruce Suppes, with CBRE, represented the tenant, and Doug Marsh, with Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the landlord.
