Tucson Roadrunners announce 2026-27 theme night schedule

TUCSON, AZ – The Tucson Roadrunners, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Utah Mammoth, today announced their 2026-27 theme night schedule, featuring a full slate of fan-favorite traditions, community-focused celebrations and new themes throughout the upcoming season.

The Roadrunners will open the 2026-27 campaign and their home schedule on Saturday, Oct. 3, against the Colorado Eagles. Fans can kick off the new season with the annual pregame tailgate party, featuring music, food, drinks and red-carpet player entrances before doors open at Tucson Arena. The annual tradition has become a staple of the Roadrunners’ Opening Night festivities.

Several fan-favorite theme nights will return throughout the season, including the Teddy Bear Toss (Dec. 12), Star Wars Night (Jan. 30), Dusty’s Birthday and Youth Sports Night (Feb. 20), Country Night (Feb. 27), U of A Night (Mar. 5), St. Patrick’s Day (Mar. 17) and Fan Appreciation Night (Apr. 10), which will cap the regular season.

The Roadrunners will also continue several community-driven theme nights in partnership with organizations supporting members of the Southern Arizona community. El Lazo/Día de los Muertos Night (Nov. 6), Military Appreciation Night (Nov. 14), Hockey Fights Cancer Night (Nov. 15), Hockey is for Everyone Night (Dec. 11), El Lazo/Mexican Heritage Night (Feb. 19), First Responders Night (Mar. 20) and Salute to Service Night (Apr. 9) will return as part of the 2026-27 schedule.

Among the new themes featured throughout the season are Dragons Night (Oct. 16), Horror Night (Oct. 17), Anime Night (Nov. 28), Golf Night (Nov. 29), Superhero Night (Dec. 29), Y2K Night (Jan. 5), Angry Birds Night (Jan. 16), K-Pop Night (Jan. 29), NASCAR Night (Feb. 28), Looney Tunes Night (Mar. 6) and Margaritaville Night (Mar. 21).

Season Ticket Memberships and Flex Packages are on sale now, offering fans the best per-game value and exclusive benefits, including complimentary AHLTV on FloHockey, meet-and-greet opportunities with Roadrunners players and coaches and the organization’s unmatched ticket exchange program.

Fans bringing a group of 15 or more can also take advantage of special Roadrunners group discounts and additional benefits.

Single-game presale tickets for the 2026-27 regular season will go on sale Aug. 24 exclusively to Season Ticket Members, corporate partners and fans registered with the Roadrunners. CLICK HERE to join the Roadrunners email/text list for early access.

Single-game tickets will then go on sale to the general public on Aug. 31.
