Elena Limon returns to Goebel Interiors
Goebel Interiors welcomes Elena Limon back as an interior designer.
Limon was employed by Goebel's from early 2005 to 2008.
Before that, she worked in Southern California as an architectural representative in the flooring industry.
Limon holds a bachelor's degree in interior design from the Southwest University of Visual Arts.
Sundt's Bargull retires after 22 years as CFO
Raymond C. Bargull has retired as chief financial officer and executive vice president of The Sundt Cos. Inc., the holding company of Sundt Construction Inc.
Bargull joined the company in 1977 and served as CFO for 22 years.

Upon his retirement Sept. 30, senior vice president Kevin Burnett assumed the CFO role.
Bargull, who served on the Tucson Metro Chamber's board of directors for nearly a decade, and was board chairman in 2009-2010, will step down from that board at the end of the year.
Consortium director takes position at World Bank
Francisco Marmolejo Cervantes, a Tucson resident since 1995, has taken a new position as higher education coordinator for the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
He recently resigned his position as executive director for the Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration based at the University of Arizona.
At the UA he also served as assistant vice president for western hemispheric programs since 2007.
When he arrived in Tucson, he helped create the consortium with several colleges and universities from the United States and Mexico. The program grew to include higher education institutions from other countries in the Americas.
Marmolejo is a native of Guadalajara, Mexico.
3 industry veterans join V.I.P. Mortgage
Three mortgage professionals have joined V.I.P. Mortgage Inc. in Tucson:
• Loan officer Carlos Gonzalez was born in Mexico, where he lived for eight years before coming to the U.S. Besides his extensive financial and mortgage background, including commercial lending and investor relations, Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish.
• Meg Swain has lived in Tucson for 30 years and is a marketing expert. Swain is involved in boards, charities and organizations including Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, Referral Tree, TROT, Arizona Small Business Association, Boys and Girls Club and National Charity League.
• Tina Steele is an 18-year industry veteran and a reverse mortgage specialist, V.I.P. Mortgage said in a news release.
