Saint House Rum Bar has barely chased that new-house smell from its downtown digs and it’s already setting about tweaking a few things on the menu.
These aren’t geez-this-doesn’t-work tweaks so much as they are adding bold exclamations, starting with bumping up the taco plates from two tacos to three.
Here are a few other changes:
New jerk seasoning for the chicken that starts with a wet rub.
Introducing — cumin coriander dipping sauce; Dorado Caribbean Salad with a pan-seared Mahi Mahi and an orange-rum vinaigrette; Catfish Po Boy served on a crusty roll with a spicy remoulade; Mojo grilled chicken sandwich seasoned traditionally and served with a Caribbean slaw and topped with banana ketchup; and a “Catch of the Day” fish special.
