Shelby and Randie Collier quietly opened their third Beyond Bread restaurant on Tuesday.
"It's been great. There's been a lot of interest," Randie Collier said later that day.
The new location, in the former Blockbuster Video on the southeast corner of Oracle and Ina roads, is about the same size as the store on North Campbell Avenue, "but it has a crisp new feel," she said.
Construction wrapped up over the weekend.
The couple brought over some trained managers from the other locations, and hired a new staff that received training last week.
The first Beyond Bread opened on Campbell in 1998, and then moved across the street to 3026 N. Campbell Ave., in 2003.
The Colliers opened at 6260 E. Speedway in 2002.

All share the same menu, but the Northwest location is not yet offering catering, Randie Collier said.
Each location is open 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Go to www.beyondbread.com for more information.
