Princess Diana's brother, Charles Spencer, married archaeologist and podcast co-host Cat Jarman at a private wedding in Arizona on May 15.
This is the fourth marriage of the 9th Earl Spencer, 61, and the second for Jarman, 43. The two first crossed paths after Spencer was asked to review Jarman's 2021 nonfiction book "River Kings," based on her specialization in Vikings. Spencer had authored nine books at the time.
The couple went on to collaborate on archaeological digs and co-hosted a podcast together before confirming their romance in October 2024, according to People.
The outlet also reported that in court filings submitted in 2024, Countess Karen Spencer accused her ex-husband of a “long-term” affair with Jarman — something both Spencer and Jarman “categorically” denied.
Charles Spencer and Cat Jarman married on May 15 in Arizona.
Spencer confirmed the news about the wedding in an Instagram post on May 19, calling it the "happiest day ever."

Spencer and Jarman held their intimate ceremony at Sedona's Cathedral Rock.
The iconic red sandstone butte is one of the most-photographed in the state and is located in Coconino National Forest in Yavapai County.
In the wedding photos, Jarman wore a blue sleeveless gown with cutouts at the waist and Spencer had on a dark suit with an open-collar light blue shirt.
