Make any child's name or favorite saying float on air.
All you need are two or three floating-letter base and peg kits, and the letters to spell out the name or phrase you want. For each floating-letter base, you can fit three letters spaciously. Cut the pegs to make the letters vary in height for added dimension.
Some of the letters might need some slight sanding before painting.
Kids can help decorate the letters by painting them and embellishing them with feathers, beads, mosaic tiles or any other items small enough to fit on the letters.
You can use tacky glue to apply the embellishments, but make sure all the paint is dry first.
Paint the base and pegs the same color as the child's room in order to get the floating effect. Bold colors for the lettering will help make the letters stand out from the wall while the base and pegs seemingly disappear.
