If you're looking for something free and fun to do with the kids Friday, why not get out in the cool evening air for a free showing of Toy Story.
Cox Communications and the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance have partnered up for Movies in the Park. They'll be showing all three Toy Story movies – each one at a different park – starting tomorrow.
This week's venue is Kennedy Park, 3700 S. Mission Road. Starting at 5:30 there will be jumping castles, face painting, clowns, food trucks, music and more. The movie begins at dusk - approximately 7 p.m. — on a 40 foot screen.
Toy Story 2 will show October 4 at Freedom Park, 5000 E. 29th Street.
Toy Story 3 will show October 26 at Reid Park, 900 S. Randolph Way. Activities start at 5:30 p.m. and the movies start at approximately 7 p.m. for these shows as well.
