Pima County sheriff’s detectives are warning of two north-side incidents involving suspicious behavior around children on Friday, but say they have no immediate reason to link them other than relative proximity.
Both incidents involved two men, but not the same vehicles.
In the first incident, the sheriff’s department is looking for two men who witnesses say were acting suspiciously at a children’s dance studio Friday evening, authorities said.
The men — who were also seen on surveillance video — went to Creative Dance Arts, 5714 N. Oracle Road, at about 5:30 p.m., said Dep. Courtney Rodriguez, a Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman.
One man went into the business but didn’t speak to the staff, then hung around out front. The second man went inside briefly, then went back outside, Rodriguez said.

They left in a white truck shortly after.
Detectives would like to find the men for further investigation, Rodriguez said.
One of them wore a green shirt, black pants, brown jacket, white shoes and a light-colored hat. The second was wearing a green T-shirt over a dark, long-sleeve shirt, jeans and dark shoes.
In the other incident, two men tried to lure an 11-year-old boy into a car Friday afternoon, Rodriguez said.
At about 3 p.m., the boy was walking home from school in the area of North Romero and West Wetmore Road when the men pulled up next to him in a white car, described as a Ford Crown Victoria-type car, she said.
The passenger got out and told the boy to get in the car. The child ran away to a nearby relative’s home.
Deputies searched the area but did not find the men, Rodriguez said.
