Tucson police are looking for a suspect in a Sunday morning hit-and-run of a bicyclist on the north side of town, authorities said.
Police released a video Wednesday, showing the suspect leaving a business, then hitting the bicyclist with his vehicle.
Just after 2 a.m. on May 8, police responded to reports of a hit-and-run involving a bicyclist in the area of West Rillito Street and North 11th Avenue, according to a post on the department's Facebook page.
Officers located the man who was riding the bicycle, and paramedics arrived to transport the man to a local hospital. He was not wearing a helmet and suffered from life-threatening injuries and is still listed in critical condition, police said.

Police learned that the bicyclist was traveling north on 11th Avenue approaching West Rillito. The driver of a white vehicle ran a stop sign and made a wide turn, striking the bicyclist before leaving the scene, police said.
The vehicle is described as a white or pearl, four-door sedan with chrome rims. The suspect is believed to be in his 30s with short hair and a light beard. Detectives are also looking for the driver of a white truck that the suspect was following when it struck the bicyclist.
