Do you speak Italian? Are you trying to learn?
If so, look for the table marked with a little Italian flag at Beyond Bread, 6260 E. Speedway, on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
An informal Italian conversation group catering to East Side residents will begin meeting for the first time from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Sister Rina Cappellazzo, a Dominican nun, will head the group. Cappellazzo is a former teacher of Spanish and English literature who grew up in an Italian-speaking home and is excited to share her love of the language with others who know Italian or are trying to learn it.
The group is open to anyone who would like to converse in Italian about any subject, she said.
"This is an opportunity for me to share my love and interest in my Italian heritage with others who would like to gather with us,'' Cappellazzo said.
