PORTAGE TOWNSHIP, Ind. — A customer at an Indiana Burger King took the company's jingle "Have it your way" a little too literally, according to Porter County police.
Rosalie Carrillo, 34, of Hammond, Indiana, was arrested Friday and faces a criminal battery charge after allegedly becoming impatient while waiting for her food order and bloodying an employee, according to the incident report.
Police said they were called out around 6 p.m. Friday to the Burger King at 374 W. U.S. 6 where they found employee with multiple scratches on her neck and a small cut that was bleeding on her arm.
The manager said she was working the drive-thru window when a customer, later identified as Carrillo, became irate over the amount of time her food order was taking, according to police.
Carrillo reportedly came into the eatery, walked behind the counter and smacked the employee's cell phone out of her hand and a fight broke out.

A witness reportedly told police Carrillo threw a drink and a box of ketchup packets in the employee's direction and then attacked the employee, pulling her hair and pushing her to the ground.
Carillo, who had fled the scene by the time police arrived and was found a short distance away, reportedly admitted to becoming upset while waiting for her food and entered the business in hopes of getting quicker service.
It was then an argument broke out and Carrillo admitted to throwing the drink and ketchup, and knocking the phone from the employee's hand, police said. She accused the employee of then attacking her, according to police.
