  • Andrew Katz Special to the Arizona Daily Star

Our new franchise agreement also will be accompanied by a separate Energy Collaboration Agreement that commits TEP to providing significant funding for efforts that support the City’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.

There is no secret deal, no special discount, and no “blended” rate that shifts costs onto others. Under Arizona law, utilities cannot invent rates on the side or quietly move customers onto unapproved pricing.
