Elon Musk’s DOGE gang significantly cut PEPFAR (primarily a world-wide food and AIDS medicine program) and the USAID food program, with no explanation of why that I have heard. Both were cheap per person and have been estimated to have saved the lives of millions of people, mostly babies and children, over the years. Since then nearly a million people have died who could have been saved. Mostly babies and children. This is on our heads because it was American-founded and American-stopped. Death by starvation or AIDS is a horrible way to go. I would like to see Elon Musk speak to the mothers and tell them why he thought it was necessary for their children to die. This is like a doctor who refuses to treat a patient that they could have easily saved. Tell me, is this different from murder?
