In his quest for "maximum lethality", DoD head Peter Hegseth is unwittingly promoting the agenda of the condemned Fort Hood Shooter. Instead of suppressing the dangerous message of militant Islam, the most public execution ever would provide it the wisest possible publicity. Streaming would allow the message to be captured and circulate underground endlessly, in spite of governmental attempts to control it.
That message will be clear: Kill as many US Military personnel as you can and the mighty US will see that the world hears about it. Now wannabes have only to follow Hasan's path of heroic martrydom to reach the Gardens of Paradise.
Stand by for the copycats.
And pray for the safety of any one wearing the uniform of the US Armed Forces.
