Once again, the selection committee for the Nobel Peace Prize awarded this prestigious award to a stellar example of a lifelong effort to achieve peace. Navi Pillay, a South African international judge and human rights lawyer, was the recipient for what the Nobel Committee called her efforts to uphold human rights and a system of international law. Pillay accepted the award with grace and humor, adding a facetious comment like last year's winner, Maria Machado, she's sharing the award with President Trump. No doubt Trump will flood media with profane attacks on the rightful winner. Perhaps he could convince the Nobel Committee by explaining he's not the source of the war with Iran by using his vast vocabulary to rename his horrific war as merely a kerfuffle, a fuss, a bother, a brouhaha, a hullabaloo, a ruckus, or rumpus.
