Tucson real estate: Sales and leases

Old Pueblo Community Services bought a 10,200-square-foot group-home facility at 3701 E. Third St. from Rio Verde Ventures for $600,000. Bob Kaplan of Picor represented the seller and Jack Hopkins of Tierra Antigua Realty represented the buyer.

Victory Police Motorcycles LLC bought a 14,730-square-foot industrial building on 1.21 acres at 1400 S. Alvernon Way from Commerce Bank of Arizona for $595,000. Brandon Rodgers of Picor represented the seller and Pat Connor of Charter Capital Realty & Investments LLC represented the buyer.

Chavez Group Investments LLC bought a 3,394-square-foot industrial building on two acres at 6920 S. Tucson Blvd. from Coyle Enterprises LLC for $500,000. Rob Glaser of Picor represented the seller.

Leases

Premier Auto Center leased the 40,000-square-foot former Aaron Auto and Trucks sales lot at 5230 E. 22nd St. from Aaron Autos and Trucks LLC. Premier Auto Center also leased the 2-acre former Budget Rent-A-Car airport facility at 3085 E. Valencia Road from DP’s Land Management Co. Greg Furrier and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlords in both transactions.

Lumiere Investments LLC leased 17,289 square feet at 801 E. 47th St. from Mirabella Properties LLC. Pat Welchert of Picor handled the transaction.

Dal-Tile Distribution Inc. leased 10,800 square feet at 1861 W. Grant Road from Walker Tucson Properties LLC. Picor’s Rob Glaser represented the landlord. Bob Delaney and Tim Healy of CBRE represented the tenant.

Alchemy Plastics Inc. leased 10,306 square feet at 10900 N. Stallard Place from Daryl B. Ross and Melvin S. Ross. Rob Glaser of Picor represented the landlord. Gary Best of Keller Williams of Southern Arizona represented the tenant.

Babco International Inc. leased 8,523 square feet at 1931 W. Grant Road from First Family Co. Ltd. Rob Glaser of Picor represented the landlord. Steffan Cione of Cione Company represented the tenant.

MPG Automotive Services Valencia LLC leased 5,300 square feet at 1401 W. Valencia Road from Fletcher’s Tire & Auto Service Inc. Ron Zimmerman of Picor handled the lease.

Amerit Fleet Solutions, Inc. leased 5,000 square feet at 5254 Casa Grande Highway in Tucson from John Herder, LLC. Russ Hall and Steve Cohen, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Chris Burns of Cushman & Wakefield of California represented the tenant. Henry Zipf of Henry Zipf Realty represented the landlord.

Mike Giachetti, doing business as Recycling Household Items, leased 4,639 square feet at 3949 E. 29th St. from Presson Midpoint LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, brokered the lease.

Hill-Rom Co. Inc. leased 3,600 square feet at 4565 S. Palo Verde Road from Presson Equity Partners LLP. Picor’s Rob Glaser handled the transaction.

Steele Design LLC leased 1,440 square feet and Solar Solutions leased 2,792 square feet from Presson Corp. at 1870 W. Prince Road. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, handled the lease.
