Victory Police Motorcycles LLC bought a 14,730-square-foot industrial building on 1.21 acres at 1400 S. Alvernon Way from Commerce Bank of Arizona for $595,000. Brandon Rodgers of Picor represented the seller and Pat Connor of Charter Capital Realty & Investments LLC represented the buyer.
Chavez Group Investments LLC bought a 3,394-square-foot industrial building on two acres at 6920 S. Tucson Blvd. from Coyle Enterprises LLC for $500,000. Rob Glaser of Picor represented the seller.

Premier Auto Center leased the 40,000-square-foot former Aaron Auto and Trucks sales lot at 5230 E. 22nd St. from Aaron Autos and Trucks LLC. Premier Auto Center also leased the 2-acre former Budget Rent-A-Car airport facility at 3085 E. Valencia Road from DP’s Land Management Co. Greg Furrier and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlords in both transactions.
