I am a dedicated healthcare leader with a foundation in emergency medical services. I began my career as an EMT in a rural community caring for patients with critical injuries and complex medical needs in an underserved area. These early experiences solidified my passion for supporting patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives and motivated me to further my education and clinical role.
I earned my Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2017 and began my career as an Emergency Department RN in 2018. I later completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020. With a strong interest in high-acuity care, I advanced into trauma nursing, where i developed specialized skills and a deep sense of purpose in delivering timely, life-saving interventions.

In 2023, I stepped into a leadership role as an Associate Director in the Emergency Department, where I focused on supporting clinical staff, promoting teamwork, and maintaining high standards of patient care. In 2024, I was promoted to Director of Nursing. In this role, I work to build a collaborative environment, strengthen staff engagement, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.
