The Arizona Wildcats will be able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with their respective families next year if they want.
The Pac-12 released the UA’s 2015 schedule tonight, and the UA will play 12 straight weeks before being given the final week of the season off.
The way the schedule is set up, all Pac-12 teams will receive one bye week next year instead of two. The UA’s bye will be Thanksgiving week after wrapping up the regular season Nov. 21 at Arizona State.
Arizona will open the season on Thurs., Sept. 3 at home against UTSA. The Wildcats will then travel to Nevada the following Saturday before hosting NAU in their final game before Pac-12 play.
Coach Rich Rodriguez and the UA will open league play at home on Sept. 26 against UCLA, and then head out on the road to face Stanford the following week on Oct. 3. After Stanford, Arizona will return home to host Oregon State on Oct. 10.

The Cardinal and Beavers return to the UA’s schedule after a two-year hiatus. Arizona will miss Oregon and Cal in the Pac-12’s unbalanced schedule in 2015.
After hosting the Beavers, the UA will play at Colorado on Oct. 17 and host Washington State one week later on Oct. 24.
Rodriguez and the Wildcats will then play three of their final four games on the road.
The stretch starts with back-to-back road games at Washington and USC. The UA then hosts Utah on Nov. 14 before finishing the season at ASU on the 21st.
The Nov. 21 contest against the Sun Devils will mark the earliest the UA has wrapped up its regular season since 1992, when it ended on the same date. Since at least 1959, the UA has never ended earlier.
As of right now, Arizona is scheduled to have just one weekday game, the Thursday opener against UTSA. The Wildcats have four weekday games on the schedule this season.
