For the third time since New Year's Eve, a 2016 recruit has backed out of a verbal commitment to the Arizona Wildcats.
This time, a running back — Tyliek Raynor, a 3-star, according to Scout.com, from Philadelphia. Raynor on Twitter on Friday that would be re-opening his recruitment to "see what school is best for me."

Raynor committed to the Wildcats in July. With Raynor out of the mix, the Wildcats now have 15 commitments in the 2016 class, and three running backs — J.J. Taylor (Coronoa, Calif.), Sean Riley (Harbor City, Calif.) and Russell Halimon (Acworth, Georgia). Halimon tore his ACL recently, though, and Riley is taking a visit to Syracuse soon.
Raynor's de-commitment makes some sense in lieu of some scholarship offers the Wildcats have given to 2016 recruits in recent days, though, including athlete Jessie Britt and running back Artavis Pierce, an Oregon State commitment. Both Britt and Pierce are from Auburndale, Florida.
It's unclear who else Raynor is considering, but he had offers previously from as many as 13 other schools, including Iowa, Miami (Fl.), Syracuse and West Virginia.
