The Sunnyside Foundation will host a 5k “Burrito run” and wellness fair Sunday as part of its 30-year anniversary fundraiser.
The event at Mission Manor Park, 6100 S. 12th Ave., will launch Gives Week 2026: All Heart, All Community, “a five-day fiesta and fundraiser,” a news release says.
“This year, the Foundation aims to raise $130,000 to continue investing in education and community assistance that creates meaningful opportunities and provides support for students, families, and educators across Tucson’s Southside,” the release says.
General admission to the run and wellness fair costs $20 for adults and is free for those 17 and under. Check-in starts at 7 a.m. and the walk/run starts at 8 a.m. Visit sunnysidefoundation.org/gives-week for more information.
