After a two-week voting period, the results for our first Hometown Showdown poll are finally in.
The winner of the “best school spirit” category is Salpointe Catholic High School.
Salpointe Catholic took home the win with three votes.
The Lancers’ rich history of school spirit dates back over 75 years. Since opening its doors to the Tucson community in 1950, the school has produced thousands of alumni.
Salpointe Catholic is also home to numerous top sports programs in Southern Arizona.
Sunnyside High School and Flowing Wells High School tied for second place in the poll, with two votes each.
