Be patient
Voter turnout is predicted to be 60 percent to 68 percent. By comparison, 60 percent turned out statewide for the 2006 midterm election, while Pima County had a 65 percent turnout that year.
Early ballots
You need to walk it in to your polling place. If it isn't in the hands of election officials by 7 p.m. today, it won't count.
Attire
Electioneering isn't allowed within 75 feet of the polls. That means no shirts, caps or other attire that advocates either support or opposition regarding a specific candidate or ballot measure. Elections Director Brad Nelson wasn't too worried about tea party T-shirts, because they don't back a specific party or candidate, but Democratic or GOP T-shirts could be a problem, depending on what they say.
