Tim Steller must have formed his conclusion that there is no question that Elon Musk was displaying a Nazi salute based solely on a photograph. Had he see the video he would have seen that the first time he did so, he pounded his chest over his heart and thrust his arm out to the right and said, "Thank you for making it happen." The second time, immediately afterward, he made the same gesture while saying, "My heart goes out to you" When viewed in context it's clear he is thanking the audience.
Steller must also not have seen the many photos of Obama, Hillary, Kamala and others doing the exact same thing. I wonder how he would interpret their actions?
Steller does a decent job of showing some of Musk's troubling comments and actions, but he took a huge leap in writing that the photo of Musk proved anything.
